Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Ginger-Garlic paste : 1/2 tablespoon


  • Chilli powder : 1/2 tablespoon


  • Garam masala : 1/4 tablespoon


  • Chicken masala : 1/4 tablespoon


  • Turmeric powder : 1/4 tablespoon


  • Salt : 1/2 tbspn


  • Boneless chicken : 200g


  • Potato medium size : 3 no.


  • Bread slice : 7 no.


  • Corriander leaves : 2 stem


  • Onion : 3 no.


  • Cornflour : 3 tablespoon


  • Tooth pick stick (for decoration) : 10 - 12

Directions

  • Cook the boneless chicken with little salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder
  • Grind the chicken to make it into crushed form. Keep it aside
  • Boil the potato, smash it and keep it aside
  • Grind the bread slice to make it into a powdered form. Keep it aside
  • Saute the oinion and chicken with the ingredients 1 to 6 in a pan of hot oil
  • Add the smashed potato and corriander leaves. Blend it for few minutes
  • Make small balls and dip it in cornflour solution and later in bread powder
  • Fry it in hot oil with low flame till it becomes brownish colour
  • Serve it with toothpick stick into each ball and enjoy it with tomato sause.
